I’m all about making drinks as fast as possible. Get that shit done! But why oh why could I not remember the word “GARNISH?” Jesus, I think I might have already been trashed. I don’t remember. Maybe that explains my ridiculous hair! AHHHHHH!

SUPER easy drink, and very good, actually. I was surprised

Gimlet Cocktail

2 ounces gin

2 ounces lime juice

1 teaspn sugar.   Oh lord, Just use the sweetened lime juice! 

Shake that shit up with ice. If you want to get FANCY – rim your glass with sugar (and no, that’s not a sexual reference, but it COULD be I guess!) Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. 

Drink your heart out!
